Your purchasing as a network, not a phone call

In PROVOS, purchasing is part of the operating cycle: demand comes from inventory, the order goes to the supplier electronically, receipt is confirmed at the venue and the invoice is checked against both. Marketplace is included in every plan.

PROVOS is not a reseller of goods

We don't step between you and your supplier as a trader. The contract, goods, invoice and payment stay between the venue and the supplier. PROVOS digitizes and checks that relationship.

The supplier invoices the venue directly
PROVOS receives, extracts, checks and matches the document.
The venue pays from its own account
PROVOS prepares the payment batch, the owner authorizes it in the bank.
Marketplace is not a paid add-on
It is part of operational purchasing in every plan.
A purchasing benefit is not a software discount
We keep plans and purchasing terms separate and transparent.

The bigger the network, the better the terms

A single restaurant negotiates on its own turnover. The purchasing network negotiates on the aggregated volume of all connected venues. More venues and suppliers mean a broader offer, better data and stronger negotiating power for the network.

We don't guarantee a flat savings percentage — specific terms always depend on the supplier, category and volume.
